What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can receive a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. By canceling, you will stop future billing, but no previous payments will be refunded automatically.

If you would like to request a refund, please contact our team at membersupport@tealhq.com with the following information:

  • Reason for cancellation
  • Email associated with the account where the payment was made

Canceling Subscriptions:

If you cancel your recurring subscription, you won't be charged for future subscriptions. You can let us know at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Teal cannot be held responsible for recurring subscriptions if a member fails to cancel their account. The customer must confirm the cancellation.

To confirm when the subscription ends, please head to your account and look for a red banner to state when the cancellation is set to end:
